Fall Blanket Graphghan Blanket Pattern

It’s officially after Labor Day so no one can give us a hard time about obsessing and willing Fall to come now, right? Right. So today I have another fun, Autumn graph pattern for you. Check out my other Fall inspired patterns here.

Also, for more yellow leaf madness, follow my Fall Crochet Patterns board on Pinterest.

Fall Collage Grapghan Crochet Pattern

Pumpkins, and Candy, and Leaves – oh my!

Fall Collage Graphghan Free Crochet Pattern

This free graph is what I call a medium or “throw” sized blanket when finished. The graph measures 75 x 95 tiles large.

However, because I haven’t crocheted the graph myself, I cannot predicted the exact size of your finished blanket. Every hooker’s blanket will vary in size depending on yarn, hook size, stitch choice, and personal tension.

New to Graphs?

If you’re interested in corner to corner (c2c) or mini c2c check out this post for heaps of tutorials. If c2c is not for you, check out this post for a few other options for crocheting a graph.

The free pdf file includes a color and symbol legend, as well as a full sized version of the graph and a 4 part breakdown which you may choose to print out and tape together so that the tiles are larger and easier to see.

Supernatural CAL – Week 5

It’s week five of our Supernatural crochet along! Find all the details about the CAL on Ravelry here. And find The Road So Far updates of our progress and previously released panels here.

Supernatural Crochet Along Week 5

First an announcement – I am locked out of my Facebook groups and pages! I am hoping that Facebook will fix the problem soon and I’m sorry if you’ve requested to join one of my groups. I’m so sad to be without my Supernatural CAL babes. I hope you’re having fun in the group with out me. *cry face emoji*

This week is all about angels!

This panel gave me more trouble than any other when trying to design it. I redesigned this thing about a million times. But in the end I think it turned out well. I also designed the angel blade applique – the one and only applique in the entire blanket.

Supernatural Crochet Along Week 5 - Angel wings and blade.

I added a little white detailing on the handle of my angel blade. I was going for a reflective glint look but I’m not sure if I pulled it off. I’m still pretty happy with it though.

That’s it for this week! Check back in next week for more Supernatural awesomeness.

Supernatural CAL – Week 4

It’s week four of our Supernatural crochet along! I can’t believe how much ground we’ve covered in just four weeks.  Find all the details about the CAL on Ravelry here. And find The Road So Far updates of our progress and previously released panels here.

Supernatural Crochet Along Week 4

This week we have two panels that represent both the Header and Footer of our blanket, if you will.

Supernatural Crochet Along - Carry on my wayward son.

I always like to include a fun image or gif in these posts and I found the most perfect video on Youtube. I still tear up at this. I’m such a dork.

That musical tho.

Week four update. Oh my gosh, it’s coming together amazingly!

Happy Fall Y’all – Free Graph Pattern

I have a new Autumn inspired graphghan for you today! This free pattern is for all my fallophiles out there who can’t get enough pumpkin everything.

Fall Graphghan Free Crochet Pattern

When you live in a place without a proper Fall (raises hand) you have to create your own Faux Fall experience.

A little Dollar Tree Autumn decor anyone? Yes please. Don’t hold back, let your Fall freak flag fly! And to help you channel your inner Autumn Goddess I have a series of graphs releasing in the coming weeks.

Also, check out my Fall Pinterest Board for more Fall Crochet Inspiration. Follow now.

Fall Throw Blanket

Today we have what I’m calling a nice “throw” sized blanket graphghan. The graph is 76 x 95 tiles large and, depending on the crochet method you choose, should make a nice medium sized throw.

Supernatural CAL – Week 3

It’s week 3 of our Supernatural crochet along! Find all the details about the CAL on Ravelry here. And find The Road So Far updates of our progress and previously released panels here.

Supernatural Crochet Along Week 3

There are TWO new panels this week!

Pie and Beer

Supernatural Crochet Along Week 2 - Pie and Beer

Everybody knows that the only thing Dean Winchester loves more than Baby and Sam is pie and beer.

Dean Winchester - Where's the pie?

Flannel

Supernatural Crochet Along Week 2 - The Flannel shirt

The Winchester Family Business Unofficial Uniform. I know it’s technically plaid and not flannel but plaid feels preppy and flannel sounds rustic. Sam and Dean are far from preppy. Plus, Crowley makes great flannel jokes. So there.

These panels may be small but they’re a bit of a pain in the arse! I thought that flannel was going to kill me. But I survived. Just like the Winchesters always do.

That’s it for this week! Check back in next week for more Supernatural awesomeness.

Free Plaid Crochet Patterns

Last week I posted this buffalo plaid graphghan pattern and it was sort of like a shot of pumpkin spice straight to the veins. More fall please!

Realistically fall is a long way off, especially here in south Georgia where it will continue to be a million degrees until Christmas. But that’s not going to stop me from pretending like we experience all four seasons in the south.

Buffalo Plaid Blanket Crochet Pattern Graph

Buffalo check is a classic design that never goes out of style. Plaid crochet patterns are all the rage these days and I am here for it. All the tartan! Designing this graph has made me a little mad about plaid and willing to make friends with fall. I even have a whole Pinterest board that’s nothing but plaid crochet patterns. Follow it here.

Buffalo Plaid Blanket Crochet Pattern

At the bottom of this post you will find the full chart and written c2c instructions for the small, baby blanket sized version of the buffalo check pattern. For your convenience you can also purchase the ad-free, printable PDF in my shop which includes two additional sizes.

  • Large – 84 x 100 pixels
  • Medium – 68 x 76 pixels
  • Small – 52 x 60 pixels

So whether you want a baby blanket or an afghan, I’ve got you covered. However, because I haven’t crocheted the graphs myself, I cannot predicted the exact size of your finished blanket. Every hooker’s blanket will vary in size depending on yarn, hook size, stitch choice, and personal tension.

Supernatural CAL – Week 1

It’s finally heeeeeerree. It’s week 1 of our Supernatural crochet along! Find all the details about the CAL here.

The crochet along is 8 weeks long but believe me, it’s jam-packed and is going to fly by. To start things off we have not one but TWO panels!

Salt’em and Burn’em

Sam and Dean should’ve bought stock in salt a long time ago because surely they use it more than the average bear. Everybody knows you’ve got to salt and burn the bodies of ghosts, restless spirits, and the like.

Supernatural Crochet Along Week 1 - Salt

The Colt and the Mark of Cain

Two legendary items in the show.

John searched all those years for the colt to kill ole Yellow Eyes. Hell, Dean even went back in time to The Wild West to snag it once.

And what can I say about the Mark of Cain? It corrupted Lucifer, made Dean a tad demony, and produced some of the worst karaoke in Supernatural history. It also released the darkness upon the entire Earth. No bigs.
